PRACTICE MANAGER

Shari East
Shari began her dental career as a trainee nurse in Brunswick Holistic Dental Centre in June 2004. Like a duck to water, Shari excelled in her new role and quickly became the practice principals nurse, then head nurse. However her ability to multi task, the care and affection she shows towards patients (and staff), her attention to detail and her infectious, magnetic personality meant it wasn’t long before she was running the place!
I was an associate dentist in BHDC at the time and was lucky enough to witness the rising star and decided there and then that whatever I did in dental, it was critical to have Shari involved! I am lucky enough to have worked with Shari ever since.
As well as running the business behind the scenes, Shari is especially in her element front of house, liaising with patients and staff, ensuring everyone is happy and well looked after. The beating heart of the practice, her deep sense of community and her passion for the job is evident in the warmth and affection she shows towards everyone.
Outside of work Shari is super social, maintaining strong connections with friends and family, plays (and coaches) hockey and touch footy, and enjoys spending time with her family.
